The National Community Forestry Center consists of four regional centers dedicated to improving the well-being of communities and forests by helping rural people access, produce and use information.  Services provided by the Centers include:
  • Conducting research with and for communities, on topics communities have identified;
  • Strengthening the capacity of communities to conduct and use research;
  • Providing technical assistance to communities;
  • Responding to requests for information.
