A workshop that considers planning, implementation,
monitoring, and evaluation skills necessary for effective grant management. Topics include achieving goals and objectives, meeting project deadlines, staying within budget, complying with funder policies, maintaining project records, meeting reporting requirements, and communicating results.
Offered by: Community Systems in partnership with sponsoring
organizations
Target Audience: Individuals managing or expecting to manage
grants/grant programs. Sponsoring organization determines participation.
Course Length: Four days
Date/Location: Courses are scheduled six months to one year in advance
where hosted.
