This workshop explores the concepts of service, leadership, group development, working with diverse personalities, and building "community" in relation to collaborative land stewardship. The emphasis is on "real life" applications rather than theoretical concepts. Participants are encouraged to share their collaborative projects/challenges and to utilize them as case studies during the workshop.
